How We Determine Compensation

Our compensation strategy is centered around paying for the value each team member brings to the company, so we don’t base our salaries on where you live. You’ll be compensated at or above the fiftieth percentile for someone with your job title and experience at similar-sized startups in the SF Bay Area in both salary and equity.
